Shipping policy

If your purchase is made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be made before it ships. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your piece is on its way.

We currently ship mostly through USPS. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Once an item has been shipped, delivery times are outside our control. We’re not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the carrier, though we’ll do our best to help if an issue arises.

If your package arrives damaged, please email fieldtripleather@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you.

Please reach out as soon as possible if changes need to be made to an order.
